(1)Multi departments Unit (MDU)

Namaa provides a new and exclusive service to poultry farmers through the mobile multi departments unit that reaches to the  farm and provides the service by conducting any required analysis on the feed or drinking water that used in the farm, as well as dissecting dead and infected birds and clarifying the complete position to the farmer. It is a completely free service provided by Namaa to help poultry farmers and provide them with support.

(2) Technical support service

 Namaa provides technical support service for poultry farms through a highly qualified and experienced veterinary team that goes to the farms in case of urgent support request in less than 24 hours throughout the country. The team researches the problem on the farm, evaluates it, and provides a solution to it, as well as directing the breeder to the best methods of breeding and care, which achieves the highest possible profit, all of this completely free.

 

(3) Namaa Academy

Namaa has established its own academy through which it conducts an intensive training course for a maximum of three days for poultry farmers, in which the farmer studies and learns the latest methods of breeding and techniques for managing and caring for poultry flocks, as well as the most common diseases that affect poultry and how to prevent them, in addition to modern feeding methods that achieve optimal profitability from breeding. At the end of the course, the farmer receives a certificate of passing the training course with a booklet containing everything he studied within the academy, and it is a completely free service.
